How to Block MSN Messenger

Hi, I’m new in the theme “security network” and i have a troubles to block the MSN especially with the port 80 and 443, when I block the port 80, i can’t open any page and with the port 443, I can’t start session with some webmail like hotmail, yahoo, gmail.
If someone know how to block the MSN please help me.
