My factory is going to install new 3 mikrotiks (RB493AH) on each buildings. Each of them far around 60 m. from other

I use double outdoor CAT 5 on each links. I try to set the interface bonding on them but it does not work good enough. I connect to Mikrotik on building A then my Winbox connections to building B and C drop many times. I implement like below
Mikrotik A → BridgeA → BondingAB → interface 1,2
…-> BondingAC → interface 3,4
…-> interface 5 (connect to building A network. I connect here)
Mikrotik B → BridgeB → BondingBA → interface 1,2
…-> BondingBC → interface 3,4
…-> interface 5 (connect to building B network.)
Mikrotik C → BridgeC → BondingCA → interface 1,2
…-> BondingCB → interface 3,4
…-> interface 5 (connect to building C network.)
I use Spanning tree protocal on each bridge. Parametier on each interface bonding as below:
Mode : balance alb
Link Monitor : mii type 2
Transmit hash policy : layer 3 and 4
Down delay : 300 ms
Up delay : 200 ms
LACP Rate : 30s
MII interval : 100 ms
