I have a Centos and create two VLAN interfaces VLAN 82, VLAN 83.
I have also create the two VLAN interfaces and map to bridge in mikrotik CRS125-24G-1S
The CentOS can ping to mikrotik.
And the next step I will connect a some PC without VLAN id to connect to the mikrotik.
Is that work fine the CentOS and communicate to the PC

Please draw a diagram of your setup as it is not clear.
Also, is the MT acting as solely a switch, or is it giving out DHCP addresses?
Finally please describe the use cases more clearly, connecting non vlans and vlans means nothing to me.
Put it in words, what you want users to be able to do functionally speaking.
Search for trunk port and access port.
