How to connect to xfinitywifi hotspot

I own a cabin in the woods. Not that far away there’s xfinitywifi hotspot. My Metal 52 pickups the signal easily and connects. The problem is - I can’t get connected to the internet. I know that somewhere I must type in my xfinity username and password, but where? Went thru all menus (most of them I have no clue about) tried different settings - nothing. There should be a simple solution. Years ago I was able to do it in my old vacation house, but unfortunately don’t remember how. Please help!

Make you connection and be sure you have an IP address from the AP. Make your first URL request to http://www.example.com/. This is a non-encrypted website and using an unencrypted URL frequently will get you the redirect to the sign-in page.
