How to develop my own programs based on current RouterBoard

Hi All:

I want to develop some personal program on the ROS, I want to ask some is there any possibility, below are my needed function which I plan to develop on ROS.

  1. capture the IP packet running on ROS and do some personal check: like IP packets with some special label or port
  2. implement some simple web server on the ROS
  3. some remote configuration based on my own interface
