how to disable ipsec encryption ??

hello, I am writing because I have 2 mikrotik (RB2011UiAS). Are configured with a vpn ipsec. Vpn traffic is really high. The CPU load is very high and I do not have the budget to replace them with the AH version with the processor to offload encryption.
I want to disable the encryption in order to lighten the vpn. And 'feasible do you think?

If you dont need/want encryption, IPSEC is not the right tunnel mechanism. You should use something like pptp or EoIP instead.

If you currently run IPsec with ESP you can change to AH. AH will not encrypt the data payload.
