How to enable connection to mikrotik inside VMware

hello there

i’m a high school student, doing some work with router. i recently using mikrotik as router that installed on my PC via VmWare. fews days ago i try using RosInfo program made by phill, to monitor router using web browser. still i cant connected my pc to another pc that had mikrotik inside it(the mikrotik installed inside vmware), but i could connect the router via winbox and webbox(which is the network connection was right).
here my spec:
-windows xp PC (installed mikrotik2.9 inside VmWare)
-windows xp PC (as monitor admin), using Apache and Mysql
-an wireless access point.
-network configured in static

Is the network connection at VMware set to use bridged network?

yes, the connection ethernet in vmware are bridged..
what i confuse is, the rosinfo are running but cannot make connection with router (i fill the router ip address and mac address) and ended with blank index page.
base on documentation i read, i must configure config.inc to define my network. but still lead to the blank page..
