Or will I have to generate an address list with all local IP-Addresses - to be able to use the firewall ?

It is the “input” chain rules that apply to the RouterBoard (firewall) as you call it. Those are the routes into the OS. “Output” controls outbound requests, and “forward” controls the throughput.
