How to Set Static IP on router board rb750g

I have a network setup a mikrotik routerboard 750g connected to 4 ubnt ap’s now one of them hasnt been released the dhcp ip so i can t login to the ap the other three i can login to them but one ap i can not login into it i know the dhcp fallback so i wanted to know is it possible to set a static ip to the ethernet port its connected to so that i can login staticly as the ap’s 80 meters of ground and manually climbing will be a hassel.

ok thanks alot i have resloved that issue onther question i have a server connected to the mikrotik it has been released a dhcp of 192.168.1.24 i have made it static and bypassed i am reciving that dhcp via eth3 on the router board 433 now what i want to do is give unlimited bandwith do any user that goes to 192.168.1.24 i have set the address 192.168.1.24 to eth3 in the address made a queue unlimeted to eth3 now i just wana re-confirm have i done the right thing and how do i check that i am getting unlimited bandwith to the server as their big chunk of files i want to pick up and need alot of
bandwith to pick them up.
