How to setup <serial-number>.sn.mynetname.net VPN manually?

I have a created a custom setup and now Id like to use the VPN to be able to connect to the router remotely. Due to the custom setup I’d like to avoid using QuickSet.

Is it possible to and how can I start the VPN function from the command line?

Maybe I found (part of) it myself: Cloud - RouterOS - MikroTik Documentation

/ip cloud set ddns-enabled=yes

But that only activates the DDNS, doesn’t it?

It seems to need this as well: Back To Home - RouterOS - MikroTik Documentation

/ip/cloud/set back-to-home-vpn=enabled

If you'd like to use Back to Home (BTH) then yes.

Is BTH the VPN mentioned on the QuickSet page? Or are these two distinct things?

I think, but not sure, vpn on Quickset page is sstp.
