How to setup VPN connection to a mikrotik router with google android tv

Hi,
anyone has an idea how to establish a vpn connection from a google android tv into a mikrotik router.
Is there any vpn software for google android tv around which works with mikrotik?

Try with MikroTik VPN - Back To Home app (it uses Wireguard VPN), it should be easy setup, see doc. Also Wireguard and OpenVPN client apps are available on Google Play which can be used if VPN port can be exposed to public, some ROS knowledge is needed for custom VPN setup.
Also depends to which ROS device VPN connection needs to be established, not all supports Back To Home (BTH) and Wireguard. BTH is available on arm and arm64 devices with ROS v7.12+, Wireguard requires ROS v7+ and OpenVPN is available on any afaik.
There are also other VPN protocols supported by ROS which some also can have Andorid client.

Thank you for your reply. Mikrotik VPN back to home is not available for the google TV box.
Anyway; Is there any VPN Software app for google TV, which just connects to the VPN Server you can setup in Mikrotik Router OS with the “Quick Set”?

Not owning device with Android TV OS, but I have TV box with regular Android from which I’m using Wireguard and OpenVPN with mentioned client apps for VPN connection to ROS. Any of these apps are not available on Play store for Android TV? Try to sideload VPN client app apk if are not available, for eg. Wireguard apk, but forget “Quick Set” then. Maybe you can find Mikrotik BTH app apk on some alt store, but it would be better if MT will provide apk download from official site for installations without Play store.
