how to use SIM slot in CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+

Hello,
Is anyone around who is using a SIM in the CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+?
I have just put in standard SIM, which worked well in my phone, in the SIM slot but nothing happens.

Its specification says:

Number of SIM slots 1 Smart card (Mini SIM)

but Interface in SMS or LTE Scanner shows unknown.

So what to do?

With usb 3/4/5G modem! The router have sd slot and smart card slot only!

Wow that was a quick answer :grinning_face:, so the smart cart slot can read smart cards which have the shape of a mini SIM?
So the description is bit misleading…

Anyway, so I need a usb modem and an adapter for mini usb


By the way, what is a smart cart used for in a ccr?
