I just bought theMikrotik RouterOS. Please in the manual the HTTP proxy port was set to 8080 while the WEB proxy cache port=8000 now my question is can the two work together because I can see that there was only one redirect from port 80 to ports 8080.
Will it work like that or the WEB proxy cache will just be redundant.
web-proxy package provides two proxies, it is recommended to use one of them.
proxy port might be changed, if you need it.
web-proxy test package provides only one proxy in ‘ip proxy’ menu.
