Is it possible to configure RouterOS to use Huawei E3272 LTE modem in cdc_ncm mode like Windows NDIS? Without any PPP slowing exchange. Can it recognize modem as network adapter like Windows?

Not possible, We do not use cdc-ncm, from cdc-ether modules we use only cdc-ecm. As far as I checked then for now you can use only serial(ppp) mode. When RouterOS v7 enters beta you can check out if your hardware version of E3272 runs with MBIM drivers, one of two modem revisions seems to have it’s support.
