Huge ping times and packet losts PPPOE

Dear all I am new with mikrotik and I am new on this forum I have one problem which it seems I can not solve.
I have setup mikrotik PPPoe server using this instructions http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Pppoe_server_with_profiles
and authentication is working with no problems but I have huge ping times on LAN and WAN address when I try to open webpage and while the webpage loads i get enormous ping times 200-1500ms when the webpage is loaded ping times are normal and no packet drops. But when I remove bandwidth limits from pppoe profile all it is working normal and with no problems. Here is my configuration:

Gateway is main router on IP 192.168.1.1 interface.
Any help would be more then welcome.
Thanks

EDIT:I forget to say that I have rb1000 and mikrotik5.7 on it.I have also tried other versions but same problem happens.

Update:

I have tried with setting up the hotspot and all was fine until I have setup profile with traffic limiting. And then again I get huge ping times to router(it does not matter is it on wirelles or cable same thing happens) and request time out when I try to ping router or webpage.

Can anyone help me on this I am out of the ideas,I have 5 RB(2 rb1000 and 3 rb750 ) and same thing is happening on all.

Anyone?I have also tried with usermanager to setup limitations and again same problem with ping and packets drop.

what’s wrong with that? if the page loads at full speed, user’s line becomes congested, so packets go slower, with higher RTT. you may decrease ‘limit’ of user’s queue, then it won’t buffer so much packets, and RTT will be lower, exceeding packets will be dropped earlier
