Hello, I’m looking to replace my Calix 813G-2 GPON device provided by my ISP. I want to replace it with an SFP GPON module and connect it to a MikroTik Hex S router. However, I’m unsure about the type of SFP module I should get. Unfortunately, my ISP isn’t able to assist me, so I’m seeking advice on my own. Any recommendations or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
My ISP supplied a Calix 100-05609 10 (Assembly 300-02923-11). I had to set the interface, route, and VLAN for my static public IP.
I’d like to get a Leolabs ONT to play with.
