identical devices/ROS yet one is missing Quick Set

Hi,

I have two RB1100Hx2 with ROS 6.19, both license level 6. They are supposed to be identical (apart from IP addresses even their config is identical) yet the features in webfig are different - first thing to notice is missing Quick Set on one while it is on the other one. What can be the reason?

Check skin setting linked to user group.

Difference in installed packages?

if I do a diff of /export of both the whole configs they literally differ just in the IP addresses (and few comments like the software id etc.) - so same packages installed, same (default) skin.

Same config does not necessarily mean same packages installed.
If you have installed the routing or mpls package, but do not use it, there will be not configuration lines for but the configuration options will differ.
