Install MikroTik Router on Virtual Machine

I am new here and i want some help if someone could offer me.
I want to install on my pc or laptop Mikrotik router on Virtual machine where i can manage and learn.
Could anyone give me any video or link where or what steps i can do for installing and connect with WinBox
