Intel EXPI9404PT 4-port ethernet pcie card

Hi all. Does anybody know of a way to get the Intel EXPI9404PT ethernet card to work on x86 install? I see it’s in the compatibility list, but it shows up as unknown in the system pci hardware list on the latest 6.6 RouterOS.

do you see ethernet interfaces added when you added that Ethernet card?
Please make a support output file and send it to support@mikrotik.com

Finish ever support for the Intel i354? wrote here a month ago and then you have the support did not respond.

All I saw was Intel Unknown Device in the PCI list. I sent supout and contacted support but haven’t heard back yet. The gigabit ethernet ports seen here are on the mother board.

Just to verify we got the correct card from our vendor, we put it into a Windows box and it came up fine with 4 ethernet ports. Here’s the dump for that.

I did some further research on this issue. Our company received two cards both EXPI9404 that looked different. The first one we tried did not work, but when we tried the other style, ROS detected it and it is usable. So, after googling a bit, it seems there are two different versions of the EXPI9404.

EXPI9404PTG1P20
and
EXPI9404PTG2L20

We were able to get the 2L20 to work but RouterOS did not detect the 1P20. I am hoping to get Mikrotik to add support for the 1P20. In the mean time, I hope this helps anybody out there with this issue.
