interface communication

RouterOS Beginner Basics

Greetings.
I’m asking for a clue. I have two interfaces configured in a OS 2.9, both of them have internet access, a computer at the first interface is able to communicate with computers at the second interface but not viceversa.
I didn’t make any rule just configured gateway…

I even tought that for the communication I had have to create some firewall rules, but magically that wasn’t the case, now I’m confused, first why I have communnications at all and why not the second direction.

2.9 is way too old. You should upgrade. The current version is 5.6.

if you have purchased a license, upgrade is free of charge. there is no support for 2.9
