IP Proxy Problem

hi all can anyone guide me
i have a little problem here with my MT box
i want use a proxy for web cache and using
that proxy to limit the access (people who
can access inet and dont have access)

and i already use IP Proxy for limit the access
but i have problem when someone access
the https/ssl site, why the access is deny???
how can i use IP Proxy for access https (443) ??
please help me…

proxy in MT does not support https.

in that case, do you have sugestion for my network…??
i have 500 user on network but i only giving an internet
to 50 - 60 user only…
which method i can use to limit the user access to inet…??

limit user to inet in here is to who i give the inet access
not limit the people who connect to inet…
if some user have righ to access the inet, then the user
is freely to use that inet.
