Hello, i just made a IPsec vpn from our main office to the new office we just open. Here is the way i made it from https://mivilisnet.wordpress.com/2016/11/29/site-to-site-mikrotik-ipsec-tunnel/ R1 is main office and R2 is external location. From R2 to R1 there is a ping and communication (here is problem 1 "the communication is too slow about KB/s and 8ms delay). From R1 to R2 ping is passing. All this is inside the tunnel. If i try to ping from R1 (or from my pc behind R1) a pc behind R2 there is NO ping. If needed i can show you the configuration.
