i’ve an rb433 router with R52Hn. If i set the wlan to 5ghz, the phone doesn’t find the wireless network. this is the setting:
i’ve 2 iphone 6, ipad mini and macbook.
iphone doesn’t find the network (both), ipad mini doesn’t find too, but my macbook can see and connect to it. if i change to 2,4ghz, no problems with any device.
do you know any solution? i’d like to keep it to 5ghz (less interferences, faster)
what encryption type you are using? Please make sure that you disable TKIP and leave only AES.
Also I suggest that you install RouterOS v6.24 and enable the wireless-fp package.
after testing the situation, i discovered this is a signal problem: with my mobile phone (iphone 6) in can see the wifi network only if i put it on the router… signal is very very weak
solved: it was a pigtail problem
