Is dns0.eu DoH supported

Is DNS0.eu compatible with RouterOS? Since it is created by the co-founders of NextDNS I assumed so. But I can't get it working using https://www.dns0.eu domain together with www-dns0-eu.pem.

/certificate import file-name=www-dns0-eu.pem trusted=yes
/ip dns set use-doh-server=https://dns0.eu verify-doh-cert=yes

https://www.dns0.eu

It's probably using HTTP/2, which RouterOS does not support. See this other thread Malfunctioning European DoH servers.

That is problematic.
Yes they might be, I can see they also have a DNS‑over‑HTTP/3 option.

Is simply DoQ (DNS ove QUIC)
