IS this what Vlan is used for?

hi as per the topic i have

Hapax3 as main router then the 4 ports at the back of it are as follows
ether1 is my internet in from ISP
ether2 is running lan to a Capax
ether3 is running lan to a Capax
ether4 is running lan to a Hapax2
(all in Caps Mode)
ether5 is my lan out to my switch (tplink 24 port managed switch)
All running under CAPsMAN the NEW wavewifi2 i think it is called so all ax stuff ok cool

now i would like to seperate the SSID as they are all on the same SSID
Can i run say
Mobile phones On SSID=Phones
Computer on SSID=Computers (This on i could probably do with my new switch when it turns up for the lan PC’s)
IOT(Dishwashers and Smart TV and the like ) On SSID=IOT

Can this be done ?? with the current CAPsMAN and wifiwave2 devices
because if this is vlan i can only find videos on the older Wi-Fi AC stuff and there creating virtual SSID i cant find anywhere to do that on the AX wave2 stuff or documented videos on how to do so

Reason it the security thing but i have kids that use a lot of bandwidth in the mobile phones face timing each other and streaming stuff so i would like to limit there doing so for that SSID
and then keep the computers at the same low band width so that if they do such things it is going to be them that have a bad internet not the whole network

I’ve looked into queue but these don’t seem to work and the mobile phones have a dynamic address so i cant make them stay on 1 pool
now if i create a separate SSID they have to connect to this could be a game changer for use

or is there something else that would meet my needs that im not seeing or looking at?

Chers for the help love this forums very educational
im learning every day
cheers Pete

You control the naming AND WIFI settings of available ( device determined ) chains normally two a 2ghz type wlan and a 5 ghz type wlan
You control the creation of VIRTUAL WLANS, based on the master wlans above…
You control the naming of all the associated SSIDs…
You control the creation of VLANs…
You control connecting vlans to SSIDs…

So all possible.
