Is WPS supposed to work on RB MQS in AP mode?

The question is basically in the subject. I’ve just got an RB MQS to play with. The available configuration options make me think WPS is there, but it does not appear to work in AP mode for me. I have noticed that in the default configuration WPS is only available in M2 (station mode) and is not enabled in M1 (AP mode). So is WPS supposed to work in AP mode?

When in AP mode, is PSK encryption enabled ?

Yep, WPA2/PSK.

I ve not tested in an MQS to be honest but i don’t see why it should not work…

To be clear what I’m asking about here… The MQS (RBMQS) is a “sysadmin helper”- an ESP32-based device, running its own (FreeRTOS-based?) firmware that does not appear to have anything in common with RouterOS.

It may simply be not implemented. Hence the question.

Ok, I’ve just got a response from support.

They say that indeed MQS does not have a WPS server, only client. They also promised to amend the configuration UI (either renaming the WPS option or disabling it when in the AP mode) so it does not cause confusion.
