What my original post says is that we now have ISIS in WINBOX, just as we have OSPF; it is no longer just a console/terminal option.
ISIS TAB appeared in the release notes for 7.22rc3 and 7.22rc4 but did not make it into the 7.22 stable release.

I don't think it's very difficult to understand the difference between routing tables and the protocol configuration menu, which was previously only accessible via the terminal. And now it seems that in version 7.25 it's available from Winbox.

To be able to use/config ISIS from winbox, and not only via CLI.
To be able to use/config ISIS in the same way is with OSPF.
And the innovation in 7.25 is the ISIS "routing->isis" menu item? And the tab was available from 7.22+ but hard to find?

I had never balls big enoutgh to even consider to try ISIS with mikrotik.
But, my guess, is that they tried tu put it on winbox on a RC (and release candidates are for that) and the feedback was not good. So(guessing again) they removed from winbox...
And are experimenting again now... on 7.25.
