i create L2tp connection with ipsec

and enable l2tp server with default profile (default-encryption-l2tp) and encryption (mschap2 , mschap1, pap ,chap) and use ipsec (hava)
and create a vpn-l2tp.pbk connection (attach file)
but its work on win7 and above : completely
and but dont work on win xp (Error 789 or 792 on L2TP client xp)
