L2TP tunneling help.

Hi

I have network like figure, i want to run l2tp tunneling between 2 mikrotik on server side i have router os on PC and on client side i have router board 750g, can you please help me to run this network.

I read that article, but i have a question about ISP2 side, i want to user ISP1’s ip address in workstation in IPS2 side how can i do this ?
