I have two mikrotik routers configured as L2TP VPN servers (one of them is Hap AC and another is CCR1009-8G-1S).
The configuration is identical. Hap AC accepts incoming connections from clients (iPhone, Mac, Windows PC). And CCR accepts incoming connections when a connection is initiated inside the local network without problems and also during one hour (approximately) after I reboot CCR it accepts connections from the Internet.
How can the problem could be solved? I can only connect to CCR during approximately one hour after a reboot. If I connect later I have the error “phase1 negotiation failed due to time up”.
The problem disappeared after upgrade to the version 6.38 of RouterOS.
