L2TP vs DynDns

Hi,

I need make VPN between two LANs over internet (ADSL), but each LAN have dynamic public IP adress.
How I can setup L2TP client to resolve domain name (I using dyndns) before connect to L2TP server in first LAN ?

It is possible make this ,dynamic, connection ?
