Limit acccess

Recently, when entering through the Mikrotik application on an Android phone, access began to be limited, but the Internet works with minor interruptions, where can I find a problem?

What do you mean by limited access ?

Same issue for me, using IOS application and have no idea from where it came or how to solve it.

Limited means you don’t have full access to MikroTik cloud services, some ports might be blocked by the ISP:

To get rid of Limited, this should be possible:

WAN interfaces that can reach cloud.mikrotik.com using UDP protocol port 30000 can obtain this state. Reachability is checked every minute. If cloud is not reached for 3 minutes, state falls back to WAN.

I already finish conversation with my ISP and he said that there are no limitations form her side.
ISP confirm that no pot blocks for me.
Can you give me pleas the IP address for cloud.mikrotik.com?
Is there a possibility to do something else from my router Side.
The Issue started three days ago, until before there was no problem and nothing had changed from my side.
