i am using um, but um can only limit one speed, i meen i want to limit user with local and global speed, so with um i am limiting only local speed, to 2 mbps, also i want to limit global speed to 1 mbps, i have packet mark of global packets, so how i can limiti with one queue each user to one mbps, i dont want to use pcq and to give users 10 mbps and they will share this speed, i want to limit each user
why not pcq? pcq “rate” will cap each user’s speed to “rate” value.
But how???
