Limited Internet Access Issue

As we shifted all the user to MikroTik we are facing the issue of limited internet access on LAN and WiFi both.

As the user connect their internet via LAN the access is always shown as Limited Access." to get access they have to unplug their LAN wire and then plug it again then the issue is been resolved."

As the user connect their internet via WiFi the access is always shown as Limited Access." to get access they have to Disable their WiFi and then Enable it again then the issue is been resolved."

This issue is frustrated the user to always do same thing to get the access. Kindly guide us the permanent solution to resolve it.

It would seem like the devices is not leasing a dhcp address.

If it shows limited access. check what ips is on the devices with no access and check if you are able to ping the default gateway
