Limiting bandwith per IP address-Simple queues only go up 2M

Hi all I have a 10.1.1.x network and I need to limit one device to 10 MB’s and one device to 3MB’s. In simple queues I only see the available option for up to 2M. Can I just put 10M in for target upload and target download?

Also what should be the destination address.. the device on network, the gateway, or 0.0.0.0??

Also, why is there a whole other set of the same options (target upload/download) on the advanced tab of simple queues?? Does this apply to something else??

yes , you can write any speed you want

like 200k or 400k or 4M or 20M

, i need to know how to make Queue range of IPs ??
