load balance between two mobile data

I want to load balance between two mobile data on MikroTik RouterBoard hEX PoE. Here I want to use 1st WAN as its USB using mobile data (4G) and use 2nd WAN as TP-Link AC750 Dual Band Wi-Fi Travel Router using another mobile data (4G). I know mobile data generate dynamic IP address. So
How to configure MikroTik RouterBoard hEX PoE Router. Please help me.
