I was configured mikrotik load balancer and failover, i’m facing issue when i’m trying to use my hosted website’s ftp with filezilla. i want bypass ftp address from most stable WAN for stop this issue or I want to fix this on urgent bases with any other solution.
I also want way to bypass facebook from specific WAN NAT because one WAN ban facebook but other one is not, when i want to use facebook sometime facebook works or sometime facebook not works.
Kindly help me for sort out these problems.

You need to show your config so we can see how you’ve done this load balancing and failover. Do an /export hide-sensitive and post the config.
