Looking for a switch with following features:-
- ARM64
- dual boot
- at least 1GB of ram preferably 2GB
- License level 5/6
- no wireless
- cheapest l could get

Conflicting requirements.
No switch will tick 4 or more boxes without hugely going against last point.

You have to check the best fitting you. Not too many choices but local distributors/sellers could offer better prices or you can real bargains before the end of year.

Because they aren't dual boot, point 2 of the list.
A number of switch devices are dual boot SwOS/RouterOS, but they are not ARM64, point 1 of the list.
Loosely devices with ARM64 run RouterOS only, no matter if they are categorized as switches or routers,
Funny as I was expecting dualboot to be able to partition.
