Make Sharing in Mikrotik?

I want to make sharing in mikrotik , coz i have program and i need all client to entry to this program in one time , would you please help me and give me the config for that .

Share? What do you want to share? Internet?

I got it stop share internet by router :

Add mangle and change TTL set =1 and dst add: Ip for Local Network .
