Hardware reset button (S500) is most definitely broken and, as the attached image shows, the button is completely missing. There is also something configured incorrectly, preventing any utility access. The only hope for this jewel is to get the details on which pin points to short, simulating pressing the reset button, so I can rig up some kind of jumper to do the trick while I get a friend to cycle the power. If anybody knows the secret, now’s the time to share it. Thanks!
