mAP lite in CPE mode doesn't forward DHCP packets to client

Hello, team,

I’ve configured mAP lite in CPE mode to bridge my Ethernet-only devices with Wireless network. Everything works fine beside of one thing: I have to configure IP-addresses on my ethernet devices statically, it’s like mAP doesn’t forward DHCP from wireless to my devices.

mAP itself gets IP address from Wireless network perfectly well.

How could I made mAP to forward DHCP packet to my ethernet devices?

In short, standard wireless doesn’t like clients with multiple MAC addresses very much.

If AP, to which your mAP lite is connecting, is a Mikrotik as well, then you might get lucky if you change wifi mode to “station bridge”. That mode allows full L2 transparency over wifi, required for proper operation of DHCP.

Add mAP’s ethernet ports to the bridge.
