Meaning of "Client ID" in a DHCP Server Lease

Hi!

I’m unable to find any information of the meaning of the field “Client ID” from the Leases of the DHCP Server (see attachment).
Using RouterOS v6.49.8.
I want to know whats the meaning of that field (somethimes its empty, and if not, it shows the mac address.
What I need is to write some useful label for each lease in order to easily identify which device has this MAC and IP Address and I though that perhaps Client ID is the field I’m looking for.

Can’t do this with a dynamic address, but with DHCP reservations (what Mikrotik calls static), but put a comment on the item.

Thank you! Found out that you can add comments, and if you use Winbox you can right click and select “Inline Comments” and those comments are put in a separate column. It is not possible in the routeros web client though, but I can live with that.
