Mikrotik crash but still passing some data?

I have a 1gig MT box that has been having some issues lately. First, some people can’t VPN into the thing. I would have to restart it to get it to allow PPTP connections. Now, the thing will not let L2TP or PPTP traffic at all. but it is bridging 4 interfaces and they are all working, I.E. traffic can pass. I can’t winbox in, I can’t login via the console, (the login prompt is there), but can’t type anything.

Suggestions?

Restart the box and see if the problem persists. If yes, then send suport-output file and description to support@mikrotik.com

How do you do the support file?

I rebooted the unit and it is all working now, but it should’ent have happened.

k. Created the file, and sent it to them. This happened yesterday morning so I don’t know if they will get the error or not in the file.
