MIKROTIK ISSUE -RADIUS MANAGER V3.8 - Disconnection Method

I have installed and configured milrotik with radius manager 3.8. All work fine except the disconnection method (I choose Remote method). When I put limititation in time or account expiration, the user is still connected to internet, even if I change the disconnection method (NAS) nothing new.

did I forget to configure something ? Did someone has had the same issue ?

you need to accept the incoming connections from port 3799 in the radius client.
Also check if the same port is used by RM too.

I try to do what you said, I put exception for port 3799 in Mikrotik, but on Radius Manager , I don’t know where to do this. I see nothing in Admin interface (RM).
Have you an idea on what to do precisely on RM or Mikrotik ?

One server with Mikrotik 4.1.7 OS (two ethernet cards)
One server with RM and FreeRadius on CEntos 5.5 (one ethernet card)

you need to edit the radiusmanager conf file in the /etc folder.

I changed the port value to 3799, anyway all users disabled or account expired can always be logged into mikrotik web user interface , and browse on internet!

I don’t know what I can do now ? I have also configured COA option in site-available and do a symbolic link to site-enabled. But nothing !!

Have you another way to solve this issue !

I dont understand.
What is your auth method ?
PPPoE or Hotspot ?

Thanks a lot i have solved this issue ! It was just a misconfiguration of radius manager, I forgot to apply Radius manager patch and mikrotik Hotspot configuration details !
