Mikrotik L2TP client setup like as Windows connection

Hello friends
I have a L2TP VPN connection on windows 7 , with below screenshot config .
Preshared key : KEY123456
I try to make this connection as L2TP client on my mikrotik , but does not work .

anyone can help or guide me how can I do it like this connection ?

You need to setup full L2TP/Ipsec, not just L2TP.

I was checked hat video and slides pdf attachment , but does not work .
