You can not.

RouterOS is close-sourced and does not allow adding your own Packages, or Drivers, or anything of this sort.

Or try to be hired at MikroTik.

Just out of curiosity, what DO you want to implement? Anything high on your bucket list? Or in other words, what will be the first item you’d pitch to upper management for approval (as I’m sure they won’t let just “anything” fly, but they’d be opened to suggestions…)?
