what causes the following error ‘RADIUS server not responding’ when user tries to login on Hotspot? How can i fix it?

find the attached router screen shot with log showing “Radius accounting stop request not sent: no response”. i have tried to set Radius Server timeout from 300, 500,1000,2000 and now 3000 ms without success.

You have a lot of timeouts and the field “last request RTT” show 1280ms.. that is quite big, your RADIUS server might be very busy, or you are using a poor link (3G?).. increase the timeout value of your RADIUS client to 2000ms or 3000ms, maybe it will help
