They are both the same, diference is that one can be mounted in rack and second can’t and it’s smaller. For 200 users I think minimum is RB3011UiAS it’s not much more expensive and it’s ARM 2 cores, 1GB RAM…but in this case better someone more experience will say something.
I agree that the RB3011 is the better choice, but when the budget is really a problem the RB750Gr3 is better than teh RB2011UiAS models.
(but check for the CORRECT model with Gr3)

Ok maybe he has to be more careful in selecting a router then.
I never use this “usermanager” and “hotspot” stuff so for me the only license level difference is between level 3 (for wifi devices that are only usable point-to-point)
and higher levels (that can do anything I want). 4,5 or 6 does not matter to me.
Maybe for him it is important, also because “usermanager” is not available on all devices.
