I am new to MikroTik/Router OS systems but need to set up two different things. I have run searches on these forums without finding useful results, what I need to set up is:

The remote office system connects to the internet via a MikroTik router. This controls all external access as well as providing internal DHCP and routing services. The Apple server sits on the internal network and has two fixed IP addresses, one for wired ethernet and the other for wifi.
I need to use ARD for server management, general staff members need access to the file server but no management rights.
I am located over 100 miles from the server, hence the need for remote management!

Any help / advice / pointers to existing solutions would be greatly appreciated.
I manage the system using an apple device and the server at the remote office is an apple server. The internet connection at the remote office is via a MikroTik router. We have a fixed public IP on the router and I need to set up the VPN to allow access to the server from any client [windows/mac/linux/whatever] but also allow me to manage the server using ARD.
Management is separated from file access simply because I do nothing except administer the systems, the end-users need file access but no management rights.
