I’ve configured ntopng server with the intent to monitor pppoe clients. I’m a bit confused regarding targets and interfaces. Is the target the ip address of ntop server and how do i know what the port should be? and is the interface the pppoe client interface?
This is MikroTik forum, not ntopng forum, ask the developer of ntopng.
I apologize the my question was vague, but I was actually referring to configuring Mikrotik’s Traffic Flow setting so that it could work with ntopng or with any other netflow analyzer.
I went through the documentation found at http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Traffic_Flow and I am battling to understand what I need to select for interfaces and what values I need to put in for targets.
